We’re so excited to invite you to a special community event in support of the Doing It Right Women’s Initiative — and the incredible women we’re working to bring into civic and political life.

On April 19th from 2:00–5:00 p.m., we’ll be gathering at Boston Pizza in Oakridge, at 2580 Southland Dr SW, for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and community — with entertainment and snacks provided.

This event will help raise money toward our annual conference, supporting our mission to build a strong, confident pipeline of women entering politics.

This event is made possible thanks to community builder Sanjeev Kad, franchise owner of Boston Pizza Oakridge, who recently renovated his restaurant and wanted to celebrate by giving back. Sanjeev has been a longtime volunteer in Calgary, supporting both charitable initiatives and political causes that strengthen local communities. His commitment to service and building connections is exactly the kind of leadership we’re proud to partner with.

Our second annual Doing It Right Women’s Conference will return to Calgary this fall 2026, and thanks to supporters like you — and events like this — we’re able to grow this movement and reach even more women ready to get involved.
